How can I import my ICQ contact list?

I am currently using GAIM, because I need access to my MSN people, however I am willing to use LICQ to connect to ICQ (I am using GAIM for that as well).
Unfortunately, my ICQ contact list isn't present, and therefore I have to wait for people to message me, in order to get in contact with anybody. I don't have Windows on this PC at all.

Copy your ICQ contacts.db file from your Windows box to a floppy, download the appropriate converter from LICQ homepage: www.licq.org
