Is there any simple console basic editor? Like with simple commands like

I forget, but I think it was somewhat part of the GNOME project or something. RedGren 09-29-2001, 09:57 AM I've never used it, but yabasic seems to be what you are looking for. It's description says anyone who has used c64 basic will feel comfortable with it. So it must be good... (remembering the good ol' days of c64 basic programming .... mmmm.) No line numbers (flat text files), but it looks good. justlinux.com
