Problems with FIPS

I'm going to use FIPS to shrink my existing Windows partition, but when I start FIPS I get the error:

Numbers of sectors (long) doesn't match with partition table

..or something like that. How do I fix this. I have used FIPS before without problems so I wonder what happened

Is'nt there anyone who know how to fix it??
Í have tested run complete scandisk, defrag of course, but I don't know what to do more. Please answer if you have any suggestions, even if you are not sure!
