I know , I know. You can't do that. I mean, when I boot linux using VMware, I can't get X-windows to co-operate with me and boot up. I have a Nvidia TNT card. I am sure its got to do with the way I'm configuring the video when booting linux.

Anyone have any tips on what settings I need, any links to good material explaining how to get this working would be awesome.
If you dont have a link, just gimme the general search area. http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif

Thanks in Advance.

Install the vmware tools - it contains a special x server for your guest o/s, and a pre-done config file.
