Unix Networking

Hello I know this is not the right place to post this but since I know you guys have a few tricks in your sleeves.
Here is my question:
I have a UNIX server and a Network composed of a Novel4.1 server + an NT Server.
I need some doc on how I can integrate my UNIX server. Cuz I declared the IP adresse but none of the other servers see the UNIX. If anyone could point out a DOC that would be nice.
