Linux ethernet device drivers c source code

where can find c source code for INTEL or 3COM ethenet device drivers? I try to port some software to Mandrake or Redhat but this software is lacking the ethernet drivers. I need to obtain these drivers to work with my software. thanks

Eepro100 and eepro1000 are for some intel ethernet cards. I have integrated card that is using eepro100. And i think that modules with 3cXXX are for 3coms cards (might be better to check that though).

Comes with kernel. Download latest from The Linux Kernel Archives (http://www.kernel.org/).
