Xandros (http://www.xandros.net) seems to be making a new distro. I dont think that it will be big by the look of it, but maby as big as some of the small distros like best-linux and Corel Linux, which they licenced. My point is, why licence an already made distro when you could just make your own? Why would they have to move from california(?) to ottawa to find some good coders? And then theyed have there own distro, not just licence it. ?
