8x Agp - Linux Support??

hey i have a WINFAST T14200 GeForce4 @ 8X AGP and when i install linux it sees it as a vesa (during installation), but after install is done, it fails to start x. how do i get this to work?

im kinda new to linux but i know how to install progz on it.

Oh it's a nvidia question. The subject kinda threw me off as I don't know if 8x AGP is supported.

Have you tried the nvidia drivers from www.nvidia.com as those should work.

They have a readme to explain the installation and nvidia is a very, very popular topic here at JL. Search the forums for 'nvidia install' and you will find loads of help.
