Hey everyone, I just need a little help because im looking for some more apps and was hoping for some recommendations. Ok first off I want a good e-mail client... nothing too fancy is fine, and preferrably fast loading. I dont want to use kmail or evolution because I dont want to have to download all those extra libraries... Anyone have any favorites that fall into that arena? Any suggestions are appreciated. Also I was looking for a good graphical user manager (if one exists :P) and had absolutely no luck what-so-ever. Does anyone know of a decent user/group management program or im I stuck in command for that :) I use enlightenment as a window manager and have some gnome core libraries, but I would like to keep the system nice and fast without bloated feeling apps... Anyone who has any suggestions for my picky self and wishes to share them please do :P Sorry for making a simple question so long, I just wanted to help narrow down the field of possibilities. Worse comes to worse I have a decent webmail site and I can manage users and groups in command, I just wanna know if there is something easier :) Thanks everyone

I don't think you can beat the command line mail client, mutt.

# Common e-mail tools
sendmail (http://www.sendmail.net/) - postfix (http://www.postfix.org/) - sends mail to local users (and internet when configured correctly)
fetchmail (http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/fetchmail/) - gets mail from internet accounts (non-Hotmail type)
procmail (http://www.procmail.org/) - sorts and delivers into separate mailboxes
mutt (http://www.mutt.org/) - mail client that sucks less than all the others
Email the Linux Way (http://www.mandrakeuser.org/docs/connect/index.html#mtuw)
