Here's my howto for how I got the A7N8X Deluxe Motherboard to play nice w/ RH8.

both nic's work, sound works, ATA/IDE speed is decent (it sucks under Red Hat's kernel), Serial ATA *should* work (I haven't tried).
Now if we can get lm_sensors and FireWire working - this board will rock with Linux.
