Problems installing GnomeICU!

I'm running KDE on Mandrake 9.0, and I can get GnomeICU to install!

Here's the error message:
error: failed dependencies:
libgnomeui >= 2.0.0 is needed by gnomeicu-0.98.126-1
gnet >= 1.1.3 is needed by gnomeicu-0.98.126-1
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3) is needed by gnomeicu-0.98.126-1

I went and installed gnet from their website, and I installed GLIBC and all Gnome files from the mandrake packages thing, but I still get that error message.. Anyone know whats up? (I'm using rpm -Uvh to install)

I know this is probably not the answer you want to hear but Licq just released a new version if you need ICQ its alot better IMHO. www.licq.org
