Squirrel Mail Questions

:confused: I have a couple questions about setting on squirrel mail on local host, If anyone could help, I would be most appreciative.

1) How can you add new users on it?
2) Will it run as User@localhost.com or do you have to have a domain?
3) Do I need to set it up with MySQL? If so how?
