Location of X Window System headers in Mandrake9

I'm running Mandrake 9, and I need to locate " X Window System headers ", more specifically, Xlib.h. Anyone know where its supposed to be? I tried running a find, but it didn't turn up with anything..

You need to install XFree86-devel package.
