That path looks odd, is that exactly how it displays? If so, check the config file, it looks messed up to me. Here's what mine looks like (from an older CVS of wineX)

double check the permissions
in any way the "c" drive must have windows directory with the neccessary files (this should be created by wine but not necesserily)
if you have windows on another partition, copy your c drive there (if you have the space and want to save yourself from the burden of configuring and installing the same programs) OR copy windows/*
program files/common files/*
program files/accessories/*
program files/directx/*
i believe wine is working fine now. when i try and run kazaa lite, i get a ton of dll and so errors. i know i need to get some dll's obviously. is there a collection somewhere i can download? or should i burn all the dlls off a windows install onto a cd. which directory should i put them in on my linux box? it looks like some need to go in /usr/local/lib, some in /usr/local/lib/wine and some in c:\windows\system
thanks!
