Is there anywhere where I can find online courses for Linux? Where Im at, there are NO Linux courses other than having to go to Uni, which I have not got time or money for.

Mainly for resume material so I can get that damn job...

This might not be exactly what you're looking for. But there are very good books on linux available online:
O'Reilly has the Open Books Project (http://www.oreilly.com/openbook/) where you can find Learning Debian GNU/Linux (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/debian/chapter/index.html) for instance. That book starts right from scratch and gets you to configuring Linux-based LAN/WAN.
They also have the Linux Network Administrator's Guide (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/linag2/book/index.html). Which is one of the Guides from the ever-famous Linux Documentation Project (http://www.linuxdoc.org). Also have a look at the Andamooka Reader (http://www.andamooka.org/reader.pl) they have about 30 different online books ranging from physics text books to high quality books on various programming languages.

Hope this helps a little.

You could always spend $35 bucks and get Running Linux by Rileys. That's the 1 that got me going, oh and how bout just installing, breaking it and fixing it.<my networking essentials teachers favorite phrase. That's how I learned>
