lilo isn't installing

hi. ok, i said on another post, i was having some problems installing dROCK. well, i know how to install it now, but the problem now is, lilo isn't installing. after i install dROCK it says there's a error loading the operating system. i think it's because lilo isn't installed right. can someone tell me what might have gone wrong?
