Silicon Image Ultra ATA 133 IDE RAID Card

I recently acquired the above mentioned RAID card and I was wondering if one of you highly knowledgeable people would know if it is supported by Red Hat 8.0 right out of the box or would it end up being a big headache overall? I tried to do a search on here first but I wasn't sure what to search on exactly...any input would be appreciated...:)

Have you tried the manufacturers website to see if they have any Linux drivers or searched Google for Linux for the Raid model?

You may be able to use the 'append' option to at least get Linux to recognize the raid controller though you will likely need drivers if you plan to use the raid capabilities.
