I only ask this here b/c of the higher traffic rate....
I've got Telocity DSL service, it seems to work really well until I try and download something. Anything over about 3 or 4 Mb's will kill the signal, netscape will stall and then won't browse at all and I've got to power cycle the modem. I've tried every phone jack in the house and pretty much determined it's not a copper cable issue and I know I'm pleny close to the C.O. <3Kf. Has anyone heard of this happening before? Of course I've call Telocity technical support and they've opened a ticket, but we all know how long that takes. I am just trying to make sure it's not something I'm doing?
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
