Scott Richter is the former weapons inspector for the UN. He is all over tv trying to spin his arrest for luring a 14 yr old girl to Burger King.

If I recall correctly, he is the former head of a UN inspection team. He reported the US was sabataging the inspection. Oh yeah- he IS an American.
