RH7.1 and 512M RAM? [Archive]

Hi all,

I don't this myself but I hear from one of my friend that the pre-compiled kernel of RH7.1 has problem with memory size larger than 256M. Is that true? I have 512M ram so I am kinda conceraned.

I had 512M ram and there was no problem. Not i have 1.5G ram adn i still don't have problems. Afaik the memory support in kernel config was set to 4G. I'm using RH7.1.
