hey-

i'm trying to download a copy of Mandrake7.2's ISO, but on the FTP servers that are on Mandrake's mirror list, they just dont give me fast enough speeds, usually around 3.5kbps, that'd take quite a while to finish that download. i have a cable modem and it *should* go faster (shouldnt.. it?), probably the FTP site's servers..

well anyways, does anyone know of a good (fast) place where i can download ISO's? this 3.5kbps is killing me (esp when i have a cable modem too!)

www.linuxiso.org (http://www.linuxiso.org) uses redirectors to achieve some sort of loadbalancing. Works rather well.
