I tried to update my kernel from 2.2.14 to 2.2.19 and I couldn't get the NIC to work no matter how many times I recompiled the kernel so I want to patch the kernel instead. Where do I find these patches. I've searched RedHat's FTP site and I can't find them.

You get kernel patches from www.kernel.org, (http://www.kernel.org,) the offical kernel web page. Once you're there, you shouldent have any problem finding the patches.
