I am fairly new to Linux, and I have never built a Kernel, and would prefer to put off learning for a while (sounds very intimidating).
That said, which of the distributions has the best mechanism for updating its core files easily?
Yes, I know that similar topics have been covered, but I am asking about the core OS files specifically this time.
