what is the most effecient way of uninstalling it
i did the add remove thing in kde but i dont want to delete anything i need

I would do a make uninstall of mozilla from the command prompt. Or you can get this cool utility http://proyectos.glo.org.mx/checkinstall/ called check install:cool:

delete your mozilla directory, it's probably located at /usr/local/mozilla
delete your .mozilla directory in your home directory.
