Hi
I want to install Linux on "stand alone" PC with Ethernet network card. The PC is NOT connected to any kind of network.

I use DHCP and on boot up there is a message:
"Bringing up Eth0 .............Failed".

Any idea about "Network Setting" for stand alone PC with idle Ethernet card?
Thank you.

Why do you use DHCP on a machine that is not hooked up to anything? Just disable DHCP in the 'netconf' utility, and you should be OK. Disabling eth0 alltogether may be a better idea yet, since you don't use it.
