I am using VIA VT8601A. I have searched xfree.org but cannot found VIA support.
What should I choose then?

Your integrated graphics are a Trident Blade 3D.
It's listed as being supported by xfree 4.0.3 http://www.xfree86.org/4.0.3/Status33.html#33
I found some alpha drivers on their site, no idea what version they're for and I'm not even positive that this is the correct model but I'll post the link anyways: http://www.tridentmicro.com/videcomm/download/blade_9880.htm
