hello,

I'm using fluxbox, and I really like it so far, but one minor thing is really driving me nuts. When I used Blackbox, KDE, and Gnome, I was able to run Eterm with this command:

Eterm -x -f black --cursor-color black --font-fx none --buttonbar no --trans --scrollbar=off

and I had a great looking 100% transparent Eterm. However, in fluxbox, there's this black border around my Eterm, and I don't know how to get rid of it. Like I said, in Blackbox, KDE, Gnome, etc, this black border is not present, only in fluxbox. Anyone know how to fix this? I searched google and these forums for an answer...but in the pool of thousands of "how to get a transparent console" threads, I couldn't find an answer for my exact question. Here's a picture of what my Eterm looks like .. http://63.174.164.165/crap/ohnos.jpg

Thanks for any help!

What the difference is i'm not too sure exactly but my command is setup as
Eterm -x --buttonbar=0 --geometry 120x25 --scrollbar=0 -O --tint blue
and I don't get the border. Give that a try and then modify is about the best I can offer :o
