Can't get rid of the SPAM!

I am running Red Hat Linux 7.3 and I'm running my own sendmail server on it.

Most recently I've started receiving alot of spam, I've edited the access list and do allowing and rejecting. Does anybody know how I can block the spam?

look into procmail. I haven't done it yet but I plan on using tonys directions when I do.
