Newbie help

Hi, im getting sick of using windows, so i decided to try out linux. I am running windoze ME and was wondering what type of Linux would be best for someone who speds a lot of time on the computer, and is sick of windows, but wants something user friendly.

If you really want to know which distro to use, please read up on the reviews of the distros. You will find plenty of them on th web. Dukeofurl is a pretty good one that has reviewed alot of the distros. Just read up on them, you will find your own answer.
