how do you take a screenshot of the monitor with linux?

and how the hell do i get netscape of these 2pt fonts. ahhh i'm going blind!!!!!!

screenshot.... search forums! and the netscape fix? either a) make the fonts bigger, and force sites to use your size, b) use helvetica which is larger
