When I try to install mosfet-liquid-0.9.5-2 on my SuSE 8.0 distro via RPM, I get an error indicating that the following packages are needed: libgcc_s.so.1, libpng12.so.0, libstdc++.so.5, and libstdc++(GLIBCPP_3.2)

So, I tried using a tarball and running the config myself. This time I get a failed configuration message stating that the Qt3.0.2 is missing(?)

I have been to several ftp sites, SuSE's YaST Online Update, and Ximian's Red Carpet updater looking for the necessary packages, but I have been unable to locate them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to retrieve the necessary files so that I may complete this install?

Check Mosfet's website (www.mosfet.org) I think I saw something special mentioning Qt. Go check it out, hope it helps.

You need to install the qt3 libs, try rpmseek.com or do a Google search for either qt3 or libqt3.

Thanks for the suggestions. I abandoned SuSE for Mandrake 9. Liquid installed just fine.
