I think there are a couple ways to do this. One would be to have multiple network cards each with its own IP. I am 90% sure that you can bind multiple IP addresses to one NIC though. I've never tried it myself though so I don't know how.

Yes you can bind multiple IP's to the same NIC look for IP aliasing and read up on it. basically you create multiple virtual interfaces.
