authentication

i'm running squid2.3stable4. i want to have a proxy authentication. what will i do or can somebody give me steps or what file to edit. :confused:

There's few methods for auth,squid's source tarball has more info about them.I started to play with ncsa_auth...take a look at squid's page (http://www.squid-cache.org) for more information.Hope this helps.
