Hey everyone. I am considering purchasing an LCD Drive Bay Display at http://crystalfontz.com. I know for a fact that it will work fine with Windows. My question is, would I be able to get one of these devices working in linux? If so, what downloads are required and how would I go about configuring it in Linux? Thanks a lot! You have all been more than helpful!!

Just bought a LCD myself yesterday (ViewSonic). So simple to setup I was blown away. I didn't have to reconfigure X or anything. If you bring up your monitors on screen menu, I bet it will have a Auto Adjust option. Mine did and it changed it's horizontal and vertical refresh rates on it's own to exactly what I needed them to be once I selected this option :D Changed the resolution to what it should have been too :D

What happens if you want to change the Res? Does it shrink the screen??
