I have several systems installed with different versions of Redhat. Lately, I have been reading alot about how good SuSe 7.2.
Can you upgrade a Redhat installation with SuSe? Or would it be a complete re-install?

I'm no expert, but I think that you are looking at a complete reinstall.
but that shouldn't be too bad, as it will update everything for you, you know, new kernel versions, that new version of kterm you missed, and whatever else is important. heh

as far as the differences between the two go ive read that redhat 7.1 is just as good as any distro out there. but moving from redhat to suse will be a little confusing for someone new to the linux system. suse is a little different then other distros...it keeps some files in diff places...but yes you are looking at a complete reinstall. i would just upgrade to redhat 7.1 seeing how most docs and programs are made specifically for redhat
but you gotta admit...that little chameleon is cool :)
