cant ping my outside network

Everytime I want to ping the network I have the following answer: destination host unreachable.

I installed redhat 7.3 on an IBM PC Server 704

You may have a firewall running that is blocking this, try running the command /sbin/service ipchains stop and /sbin/service iptables stop as root then try pinging again. One of those commands may error.

I already tried that and I had the same answer I don´t now why this happened

When I typed ifconfig, I see the address of the eth0 and lo and they are alrigth

I can ping my own address obviously, but maybe more information could help
