view/change refresh rate in X

Well, from a newbie's stand point, drakconf allows you to change monitor and select one of the default refresh rates associated with each selection.

In darkconf I didn't see refresh rates , just Res/colors...

First choose res, then cancel it out. A small box should pop up asking "What do want to do..." select change monitor, and you will be presented with the list.
