Back when I used windows on my home PC, I was able to use my home PC from work using NetMeeting. Now, I have RedHat 7.1 at home, and it would be nice if I could access the GUI from work instead of just telnet. Any suggestions?

Try the Remote X apps Mini HOWTO.

Here's the link to that mini howto: http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/Remote-X-Apps.html
All you need to do is type "xhost +serverip" on the computer you're connecting *from* where serverip is the ip address of the computer connecting *to*. Then telnet into the other computer and type "DISPLAY=clientip:0.0" where client ip is the ip of the computer you're connecting *from*. Then from your telnet window you can run any gui programs you like and they will appear on the client. This only works if both computers are X window based. If you want a windows computer to do this you need to get some X windows software for it.
Some people like to use VNC, here's a link to it if you'd like to check that out: http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/
