slackware boot disk

how can i make a new boot disk, mine stopped working?

My knowledge of Slackware is limited, and my version is old, but I think if you type 'setup' at the command line you should get the original installation menu which I think (hope) includes a 'Make a bootdisk' option.

There are other ways, but I don't remember any of them at the moment. :(

You can run:
/sbin/makebootdisk

as user root, and it will setup a brand spankin' new boot disk for yah :D
