Apache : post dir from other PC

ok... I have my Apache web server up and running, what I would like to do is have the on-line world be able to type 'my ip /somefolder' and it will take them to a folder on another linux box on my network, ....

What is the easy way to do this ???

Logic says to mount the remote folder as a sub folder in your existing web, or at least a link to it.

Logic has been wrong before now though ;)
