I am using RedHat 7.1 with bind 9...
I have two DNS servers that are running sendmail and pop3.
The DNS servers are in master/slave configuration.
I have an application (on a different system) that needs to send an email to a specific address (paul@mycompany.com). I need this e-mail to goto the first server always...until it fails...then I need the email to goto the second.
Basically, what I need is a weighted record...but not sure how to do that...I've tried the sortlist command on the client side to no avail...right now the replies I am getting back from the DNS are round- robining...
Any help would be very much appreciated...
