Autofs only seems to mount the locally mapped mounts, not the yp mapped mounts. :( The script between the sparc autofs and the sparc autofs seems exactly the same. There's no error, and ypbind and portmaps are both running. It just doesn't get the map from the nis server.
I also tried to setup am-utils (AMD) to do the mounting, but I must have donbe something wrong or maybe it compiles differently on sparc-64 architecture. I ran /buildall and it seemd ok. But AMD doesn't work.
Anyone know how to get either AMD or autofs for a Sparc running gentoo?? (a shot in the dark, I know)
