Looking for themes

Where are some good places to download themes and the like for RH8?

I searched around a bit, but I am still a big-time Linux newbie, so I don't know where to go. So far I have found a couple of themes, but they are crap and I am getting tired of the basic ones that come with the package.

BTW, I am talking about KDE and/or Gnome themes if that matters?

You can look at http://www.kde-look.org which has a great selection of themes, icons etc.. Also, when it is up (been down for a couple of days) http://www.themes.org is really good as well.
