killing qmail processes

[Dutch Mafia-boy.]

I do a "service qmail stop" ,but the processes are still running when I do a "ps -ax | grep qmail"

--> 22676 S supervise qmail-send
--> 26500 S supervise qmail-pop3d
--> 27683 S supervise qmail-smtpd

I try kill 22676.....it will kill it for 2-3 seconds before the service reappears under a new PID...
