Xv problem

I installed Mplayer and the install went right, but when i try to see a movie i get a message telling me that Xv is not supported for my version of Xfree86 or my drivers, i have Xfree 4.0.2 so i downloaded the drivers from Nvidia for my TNT that i know support Xv.
I run make on my drivrs and every thig went fine, but my Nvidia kernel patch cant run make some problem about agp.h, what can i do??
