Bear with me as i'm a linux newbie...
Ok ive got 2HD's
Primary is 12gig w/WinME 8.9g free
Secondary is 6.4gig w/Win2k 1.2g free
How would i install linux with my system the way it is? I've read the NHF on triple-booting but this is a little different...
Thx for any help

You'd repartition one of the drives so that there's some free space (as in space not occupied by a partition, not free space within a partition) on it. Probably the first, as its larger and has more free space. Two gigs or so should be more than enough for a basic Linux system (I've managed to install a basic one in 500 megs, although that was VERY tight).

Since you're already running two operating systems, I'd suggest installing LILO on one of the Linux partitions you create, probably the root partition. Tell your boot loader program, whatever that may be, that there's an OS it can load on that Linux partition. Things should go fine from there.

BTW, check out some of the stuff on Linuxdoc.org - there's at least a couple of things relating to dual or triple booting, multiple hard disks, and partitions.
