Dual Boot Linux and Windows 2000

Here is the problem. I had windows 2000 Pro working on one HD. 10gb. I installed a second HD 10gb and installed Caldera Linux 2.3 on it. I first setup lilo but this didn't allow me to boot into windows anymore - only linux. I then killed lilo and booted back into windows. Now I can't get back in linux. I would like to dual boot into both. The big problem is my windows HD is NTFS.

Any Ideas??

go into W2K, Control Panel> System> Advanced> Startup and Shutdown. Tell it to display a list of all operating systems for however many seconds you want. Then you can get back into Linux to reset LILO when you reboot.

I actually have done that. I set it to give a list and display for 30 seconds and it only shows windows. How do I reinstall lilo? I can't get into linux now?
