can't get online?!

i installed mandrake 8.1 on my laptop. my laptop connects to the cable modem with a siemens 10/100 usb ethernet adapter. mandrake doesn't recognize the device. anyone know of any drivers for this product? anyone know how to get it working in mandrake?

you can try to compile the kernel with support enabled or as a module. i know there is a section under usb for network devices. there may be something for your device there.
