Hello
I've just got my hands on a old Voodoo2 card. The card is detected by KDE2 "control panel" and SuSE X configurate tool, SaX2. I am using SuSE 7.1 and I have installed (from SuSE FTP with YaST1):
dev3dfx (Device driver for 3Dfx Voodooboards)
glide_v2 (Glide Library for Voodoo II boards)
glidesdk (Glide2x SDK for 3Dfx Voodoo boards)
mesa (Open Source OpenGL library)
mesa3dfx (3Dfx Glide driver for Mesa)
And have not installed:
mesasoft (Mesa Software driver)
/dev/3dfx exists
But when I run a software that uses 3D I get
this message:
gd error (glide): _GlideInitEnvironment: libglide2x.so expected Voodoo, none detected
gd error (glide): grSstSelect: non-existent
SSTSegmentation fault
What am I doing wrong?
