When I compiled kernel 2.4.0, I noticed that "ISAPnP" support was an option. Is this any easier than pnpdump/isapnp with kernel 2.2? Is it really "Plug and Play" this time? What's the difference?

I'm still happy with 2.2.14, but 2.4 supports ISAPnP natively so no more messing with isapnp.conf!! -Mike justlinux.com
